TD120 Turn Disk Additional Product Information
Turn Disks allow for products to make 90 degree turns using straight conveyors instead of curved.

Curved Conveyors may not be ideal in some applications. Curved Conveyors usually require a large radius to make the turn, and in general require more power to drive, especially if heavy items are being conveyed.
Curved Conveyors are also more expensive to fabricate and harder to adjust for different bottle sizes when using solid rails.

The TD120 solves most of these issues by allowing the user to use straight conveyors.
Ideal for use in product return systems, or when conveyor turns must be made in tight locations.

Contact parts of the TD120 are made from 304 Stainless Steel and Plastic. The drive components are made from Aluminum and Steel.

Our updated model now features an adjustable Top Guide, that allow the user to adjust the top width to accommodate round bottles up to 5.5" diameter.
This product works well for round, square, and rectangular bottles. If your bottles are relatively long compared to its width, we may need to make a special Top Guide.

Includes Variable Speed Electrical Controls for 120VAC @ 15A.

User must perform mounting of the unit, which usually requires drilling 4 holes into the existing conveyor. Designed for 6" wide conveyors, but we can create adapters if you require.  If desired, PSR Automation Inc. can test your containers to verify correct operation.
